We launched the Project Sattva on 19th February 2023. Since this project is a dream of a revolutionary educator and it is a dream about bringing desirable change in the society, we kept the theme of the launch as fostering imagination and nurturing dreams. The theme was also based on Disney, because Disney is an example of the fact that if one works towards one’s dreams, one can definitely achieve it.
We did a number of activities including reading for imagination, integrating art and colours and reflective writing as well to convey this message of being open and dreaming big. We had 20 participants in this event and all of them took home some motivation and inspiration to work on their dreams. This is the day we launched the project and opened up to create an informal learning space for all learners.
